IMM COMMUNITY HUBS

ABOUT OUR HUBS

Our Intergenerational Creative Health Hubs are central, community-led spaces where people, places and systems come together. They offer regular creative health sessions spanning music, art, movement, food and other activities that are co-designed with local communities and delivered in partnership with our IMM professional team.

The hubs act as cohesive community ecosystems, connecting all generations while linking with wider services, signposting opportunities and strengthening local networks. They tackle loneliness and isolation, promote wellbeing and foster a sense of belonging through collaboration across sectors including health, housing, culture, youth and education.

By working with universities, NHS teams, Integrated Care Systems, Neighbourhood Teams, local authorities and voluntary organisations, our hubs generate lasting partnerships, capture valuable learning and create pathways into social action, volunteering, training and employment. The hubs are catalysts for long-term community resilience, integration and improved health outcomes for people of all ages.
