Our Hub Partnerships

These hubs not only tackle loneliness and social isolation within our communities but also create partnerships, enabling to capture learning which can offer immediate and long-term opportunities for socialisation, volunteering and support plus create links with local systems. By working with organisations such as universities, clinical commissioning groups, academic health science networks and local authorities it means we not only strengthen local partnerships but create new cohesive and integrated cultural communities to improve wellbeing and health amongst the young and old.
