ABOUT OUR HUBS
Our Community Hubs are living, breathing spaces for creativity, connection and belonging. Every hub is shaped by its local partnerships - from health and social care teams to libraries, schools, and housing providers - ensuring that each reflects the needs and character of its community. Weekly workshops bring people together across generations to make music, engage in creativity, share stories, and access holistic support. These hubs are anchors for wellbeing, resilience and intergenerational solidarity - using music to create healthier, more connected communities.

The hubs act as cohesive community ecosystems, connecting all generations while linking with wider services, signposting opportunities and strengthening local networks. They tackle loneliness and isolation, promote wellbeing and foster a sense of belonging through collaboration across sectors including health, housing, culture, youth and education.
By working with universities, NHS teams, Integrated Care Systems, Neighbourhood Teams, local authorities and voluntary organisations, our hubs generate lasting partnerships, capture valuable learning and create pathways into social action, volunteering, training and employment. The hubs are catalysts for long-term community resilience, integration and improved health outcomes for people of all ages.
