Our Libraries & Hubs programme transforms local spaces into creative community anchors. Libraries and community hubs become centres for music-making, storytelling, and social connection, open to everyone from toddlers to older adults. Each hub is co-designed with local partners, creating accessible pathways into arts, wellbeing, and lifelong learning. The result: places that feel alive, inclusive, and rooted in local identity.
