ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
LiveSmart Minutes of Movement is an accessible, intergenerational movement + music scheme, delivered in partnership with housing associations and community organisations. In sheltered accommodation or communal spaces, short musical movement breaks boost mobility, mental health and community cohesion. These micro-sessions help participants stay active, feel connected, and embed creative movement into everyday life.
Movement prevents falls, improves mobility, and boosts mood. These sessions help people stay physically and socially active in fun, accessible ways.
Delivered in collaboration with housing providers, care homes, and community groups.
