Through ATTUNE Yoga, Sophie offers opportunities to connect to ourselves, each other and the communities in which we live, in a nourishing and compassionate way.
Yoga supports physical, emotional and mental wellbeing as a whole, and Sophie believes in making it accessible and welcoming for everyone. She teaches yoga classes for adults, teenagers and children.
