ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Our intergenerational creative health programmes are delivered in partnership with NHS neighbourhood teams, Integrated Care Systems (ICS), Integrated Care Boards (ICB), Integrated Care Partnerships (ICP), local authorities, social care, social prescribing, culture and education partners across the UK. We design and deliver place-based projects, creative health hubs and systemic interventions that embed intergenerational practice at the heart of community wellbeing. From Surrey to Greater Manchester, our programmes support healthier, more connected communities reducing isolation, enhancing mental health and building bridges across generations.
Our Surrey Intergenerational Health Programmes are embedded within local health and care systems, delivered in partnership with Surrey County Council, NHS Trusts, Integrated Care Partnerships (ICPs), District and Borough Councils, social care, education providers, VCSE organisations, and community settings including schools, churches, universities and care homes.
We are currently leading over 100 creative health projects across the Surrey area, fostering meaningful intergenerational connections, improving wellbeing and strengthening community resilience.
