We provide robust Skills & Training pathways for emerging music practitioners - from creative workshop facilitation and music technology to community engagement and inclusive practice. These programmes are hands-on and mentored, combining accredited modules, peer learning, shadowing and live work placements. As a result, participants gain transferable skills, confidence to lead and pathways into roles in education, community arts, culture and social impact.
Our Creative Skills Pathways programmes open doors for people of all ages to gain new skills and explore direct routes into employment. Rooted in an intergenerational approach, these programmes harness the power of mentoring, knowledge exchange and skill-sharing between all generations.
Through hands-on training, apprenticeships, collaborative projects and guided mentoring, participants develop confidence, transferable skills and industry insight. By combining creativity with employability, we empower young people, community members and professionals to unlock opportunities, build sustainable careers and strengthen the creative health workforce.
This intergenerational exchange ensures that experience, ideas and skills flow across generations, building resilience, solidarity and a more inclusive and dynamic creative sector.
